What is the Terracotta's Refund Policy?

Our refund policy depends on the type of class offering. Please read below to learn more.

Because we offer a variety of ways in which to experience the content of our courses, our refund policies are based on the type of course you choose. Each of the types of classes we offer is listed below with their refund policy. Our refund policies for each class is also listed on the class preview and checkout page.

 

Programs

Watercolor Explorer: You are able to cancel your subscription to an ongoing program at any time. If a subscription charge is made and you reach out to us within 48 hours of the charge wishing to cancel, we will provide a full refund minus a 5% fee from our credit card processor.

Fine Art Mentorship with Thomas Schaller: If you request a refund within 48 hours of the charge, we will provide you with a refund for your payment minus a 5% fee from our credit card processor. We believe that the quality and value of this program are unparalleled, and we’re committed to delivering an exceptional experience to all of our participants.

Aristides Atelier: All tuition payments are non-refundable. Unused, prepaid tuition (excluding the deposit and attended classes) may be credited toward Private Mentorship or the next live cohort. Please refer to the policies in detail here.

 

Artist Mentorships: If you request a refund within 48 hours of the charge, we will provide you with a refund for your payment minus a 5% fee from our credit card processor.

 

Live Classes & Courses: If you request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, we would be happy to issue you a full refund minus a 5% fee from our credit card processor. If you aren't able to make it to class, you have lifetime access to the recordings.

 

Video Classes: We offer a money-back guarantee, if you are not satisfied with a video course you purchase and you reach out to us within seven days of purchase, we will provide you with a full refund minus a 5% fee from our credit card processor.
