Enrollment & Tuition Options
Two ways to enroll. Both include full studio access, private mentorship, and Juliette's portfolio review upon a completed curriculum.
Standard (Two 1-Hour Mentor Sessions per Month, Every Other Week)
Monthly Enrollment: $715/month. The 3-month minimum commitment ($2,145) is charged upfront at enrollment; students may continue month-to-month thereafter.
9-Month Enrollment — Best Value: $5,495/year (save $940 vs. the monthly rate). Includes priority mentor matching and Juliette's portfolio review.
Weekly Sessions Upgrade (Four 1-Hour Mentor Sessions per Month, One Every Week)
Monthly Enrollment: $875/month. The 3-month minimum commitment ($2,625) is charged upfront at enrollment; students may continue month-to-month thereafter.
9-Month Enrollment — Best Value: $6,395/year (save $900 vs. the monthly rate). Includes priority mentor matching and Juliette's portfolio review.
No deposit required.
Refund & Tuition Credit Policy
No Refunds: All tuition payments — monthly or annual — are final and non-refundable once paid. (See tuition credit information below)
Monthly Enrollment Minimum: Monthly enrollment requires a 3-month minimum commitment, charged in full upfront at the time of enrollment. This upfront payment is non-refundable. Month-to-month billing begins after the third paid month, and students may cancel at any time thereafter, with future payments non-refundable once charged.
Tuition Credit for Unused, Prepaid Tuition: If a student withdraws before completing their mentorship, any unused, prepaid tuition may be credited toward:
Aristides Private Mentorship program within one calendar year. We will make every effort to pair students with their original mentor, but this may not always be possible.

Curriculum Access
Curriculum access is available only while the mentorship is active.
Extended Access:
Students will have three (3) months of extended access to course materials after completing the full curriculum (typically completed in 9 months, though pacing may vary by student).
Upon completion of a full curriculum and the 3 months of extended access, a further extension for one full calendar year is available for a fee.
This policy aims to ensure that students receive the full value of their tuition while maintaining the integrity of our small, dedicated learning community.
